Cancellation Policy

At shopglo.ae, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent, in line with UAE laws and e-commerce best practices in the GCC region.

• Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been shipped.
• To request a cancellation, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for cancellation.
• Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
• If the cancellation is approved and payment has been processed, the refund will be initiated.
• Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Note: In case of services or custom orders (e.g., personalized products), cancellations may not be possible once processing has begun.
