Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Process

Orders placed on shopglo.ae are processed within 1–2 business days. Once processed, items are packed securely and handed over to a trusted third-party courier for delivery.

All packages are shipped in good condition with proper packaging to ensure the safety and quality of clothing items during transit.

2. Proof of Delivery

Upon delivery, the customer must sign a delivery receipt to confirm acceptance. This signed document serves as proof of delivery and is kept for our internal records.

3. Delivery Fees

• Within the UAE: A flat delivery fee of AED 15 is applied to orders below AED 200. Orders over AED 200 are eligible for free delivery.
• GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar): Standard international shipping fee of AED 40 applies.
• Other International Destinations: Shipping rates vary depending on the destination and weight. Final fees will be shown at checkout.

4. Delivery Timeframes

• Within UAE: Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days.
• GCC Countries: Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days.
• International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days depending on the country.

Note: Delivery times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or due to customs clearance in international shipping.

5. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier will attempt to contact the customer. After two failed attempts, the order will be returned to us. A re-delivery fee may apply.

6. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email or SMS to monitor delivery progress in real time.
